August 26-28 TriYoga with Lynne Andrews bio TriYoga® is a unique system of hatha yoga developed by Kali Ray. It is based on flowing sequences in which postures are connected by a wave-like motion. This method is the union of posture, breath and focus -- that is, asana, pranayama and mudra. Through practicing the flowing series, students learn to move with the breath, flowing from one posture into the next, creating relaxation in action. With sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the inner flow naturally emerges. schedule registration (YTT 12 Credit Hours: 10 techniques, 2 Philosophy, Ethics & Lifestyle)

October 23 The Art of Observation: Observation and Assessment Skills for Yoga Teachers ~ David Keil bio In this workshop we will learn to see the student within the pose, to understand how their body uniquely expresses the qualities of an asana and how to formulate appropriate actions to best serve the student. YogAnatomy creator David Keil will give you the tools to begin seeing the muscles and bones moving beneath the surface of the student's skin, so that you may intelligently and safely encourage the student to expand into his/her potential. The intention is that we all get to see more clearly the patterns and holdings that we walk around with - living in the asana practice. 9am-5pm registration Please bring a light lunch

October 24-28 Ashtanga Practice with David Keil bio Self-Practice is what yoga is all about. Yoga for thousands of years has been taught from teacher to student on a one- to- one basis taking a student through his or her own development at an appropriate pace. This method is still used in Mysore, India where the "Guru" of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teaches this method. This is why this type of practice is also called "Mysore" style or class. Sessions will be held on the deck overlooking the Hillsborough River M-F (5 classes) 7am (FULL) or 6 pm (FULL). We are adding an additional session at 9am as of 9/29 (5 spaces left) Limited to 6 students per session. info registration
